| Minutes’ walk from the marina, fine beaches, shops and excellent restaurants. Golf a few minutes’ drive. Estepona’s Old Town with its shady squares, tapas bars and market is fifteen minutes’ walk along the promenade. Marbella/Puerto-Banus less than twenty minutes’ and airports less than one hour. The two spacious apartments we have are located in Puerto Paraiso - a 2 bed 2 bath and a 1 bed 1bath. Both have twin bedded bedrooms, full bathrooms and a fully-fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge, microwave etc., a large lounge/dining room, satellite TV and a balcony with patio table and chairs and views of the marina. | ||

| Two swimming pools are available within the Puerto Paraiso complex for your use (as shown in the two photos above). One key gives access to both pools. | ||
| For those who prefer the beach, there are two within walking distance - the Playa del Cristo (Christ beach) shown below turn left as you leave the apartment block, walk for 5 minutes and the beach is on your left. It’s an excellent calm water beach with sun loungers and a beach bar that serves snacks and meals. For the main beach, walk through the port | ||

along the upper level, turn right - the long sandy beach is straight ahead to the left of the fisherman's dock. The marina has a good selection of bars, restaurants and a small but well stocked supermarket as well as the usual things such as gift shop, boat chandlers and of course newsagents. | |
| There is a market on Sundays which brings a lot of people to the marina and gives it an exiting atmosphere and is well worth walking around and enjoying. | ||
